Hand-made, hand-painted pole floats by Del Maginn.
My hand-made pole floats are of the highest quality, made using the best materials available. I only use high-density balsa wood; specialist adhesives; non-split carbon; non-pull eyes and specialist marine paints to finish.
The whole range has been extensively tested over the past few years, not only by myself, but also by some of the Country's top match anglers. We've tested them extensively during matches and got serious results, and we've tested them to distruction in the work-shop and have been happy with the results.
I started making these floats about five years ago when I simply got fed up with line cuts caused by low density lines; eyes pulling out every time I hit a snag; or bristles breaking when a foul hooker goes streaming off into the middle of a lake - it simply wasn't good enough!
I'm happy that I have now managed to solve all of these problems and more, with the range of floats you see here at MatchFloat.com.
